I joined CRISIL in January 2022 as a Management Trainee, after graduating with a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Financial Services from T.A.Pai Management Institute, where I was also a Team Member at LADC - TAPMI, a student-led development committee. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Bharati Vidyapeeth, and gained two years of experience as a Manager at Radhe Shyam Footwear, a co-founded footwear business. I have also earned multiple certifications in Bloomberg Market Concepts, Professional Skills for the Workplace, and Excel Skills for Business, to enhance my knowledge and proficiency in various tools and techniques. My core competencies include data analysis, financial modeling, report writing, communication, and teamwork.
