Liaison with the government (MoCA, MHA, DGCA, BCAS, AHQ etc) and the non-government authorities(DIAL, MIAL, Embassies etc) for a smooth operation into India and Indian Sky. Coordinating with Ministries and other competent authorities in order to ensure timely achievement of permissions and compliance with all rules and regulations.Coordinating with vendors for contracts and quality control. Supervision of movements at the Airport for extraordinary customer support.Providing all the reports to the management for better future planning.

• Dealing with the Civil Aviation Authority of India for obtaining all regulatory approvals for the Non-Schedule/Charter and Private Planes.• Coordinating with the Air Headquarter & Naval Headquarter for the clearance of the flights.• Coordinate with the Airport Authority and the respective authorities for a smooth operation of our Flight
