I have a MBA in Finance from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, where I studied corporate finance, M&A, project finance, operations research, and strategy. I also have a BBA from Presidency University Bangalore, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management. My core competencies include financial modeling, deal negotiation, business development, and content creation.I have experience in business consulting, investment banking and copywriting, working on diverse projects and transactions across sectors.During my experience in Grant Thornton, I gained experience in various teams similar to a management trainee. Some highlights of the work done were:1. Bank Reconcilliation for a global client. 2. Corporate value consulting, where I've assisted in Purchase Price Allocations and Goodwill Impairment testing.Here I gained lots of technical knowledge on working with data on Excel, anlaysing company Management Systems, Corporate Valuation, and working with large teams.During my MBA I have taken subjects such as Project Finance, Corporate Finance, M&A, and Strategic management to suit my interests.In this time I have also worked as a freelance copywriter at The Pineapple Nation, I collaborated with designers and videographers to curate content for social media, brand strategy, and videography projects. Post my MBA (completed 2022) I have a year's experience in Investment Banking with EY. I have been part of deals in the real estate sector in the INR 200 Cr. to INR 500 Cr. range.
