My role at PatientsLikeMe spanned service delivery operations for pharmaceuticals/life sciences clients, the creation and leadership of a program and operations team, and thought leadership on the use of wearables in health (I sold the company's very first commercial deal related to wearables). I was invited to speak at TEDx, and MedicineX and I delivered a keynote address at Health 2.0 Asia-Pacific.

Innosight is an innovation consulting firm founded by Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen. My casework included financial services, industrial materials, and industrial manufacturing focusing on disruptive growth strategies.

Iron Mountain is a global information management company. My role, within the digital health team, focused on incubating a solution for assisting hospitals in managing hybrid (paper + digital) health records. I also led a turnaround of the company's providers' records transfer service (‘release-of-information’ business unit) by negotiating and executing a large scale partnership to outsource the business operations.

Boston Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG) is an elite management consulting firm. At BCG, I worked in pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, cloud computing, lean business process outsourcing (BPO), and organizational design. I also worked on investment due diligence for a health data analytics provider.
