• Leading Accounts Payable for UBS Business Solutions Centres in India spread across 5 sites and 3 cities. • Managing and supervising team of 5 resources and ensuring quality delivery• Managing annual volumes of ~ 15000 invoices amounting to ~ USD 280 million across multiple suppliers / Charity Partners and Intercompany payments• Review AP team performance /KPIs with stakeholders/entity controllers to ensure proper governance.• Review of AP related open GL items on monthly basis to ensure timely resolutions. • Reviewing & substantiating balance sheet items on monthly basis• Managing budget/ costs for India AP team and finding ways to optimize costs• Managing withholding tax (TDS, TCS etc.) compliances including pay out and filing of withholding tax returns.• Core member of CSR Working Group supporting various CSR initiatives for the India entities• Support CSR payments to NGO partners after necessary due diligence • Successfully completed the financial reconciliation and charge back for 5 sites (as per International Standard build outs) for approx. 5.5 lacks sq.ft. accommodating 8K+ employees• Managing complex CAPEX (Fixed Assets) payments thoroughly and ensuring relevant documentations and controls in place.• Managing TAX audit, Management Audit, Internal SOX controls & Statutory Audit.• Periodically review of Internal controls to mitigate the Operational Risk, Liaising & Raising issue with Internal Risk Management Team to identify any impact of Operational Risk Events /Operational Risk Issues.• Manage escalations and partnering with business for payment related concerns /solutions and continuously focus of improvements to enhance client experience and strengthen controls and governance• Managing and rolling out structured communication to entire staff on regular basis about best practices as defined/changes in Group Policies.

• End to End management of Global Accounts Payable (US & APAC) @ Credit-Suisse, Pune.• Managing payment outflow for 5000+ suppliers.• Managing a team of 40 people • Ensuring the vendor invoices are processed for payment as per the predefined process flow and within SLA. • Review of AP Trial Balance on periodical basis to ensure all payouts are within control and matching the requirements with Funding team from their cash outflow perspective.• To prepare a strategic Financial Reports for Leadership in a justified way for decision making.• Managing onshore Business Stakeholders expectations and drive efficiency & improvements accordingly in our day to day Accounts Payable process. • Review of Nostro Accounts reconciliation and submitting back to onshore for their review.• Review of Suspense account reports and review of Journal entries in General Ledger to clear/rectify the suspense items.• Adjusting & rectifying intercompany accounts and reporting onshore for their review.• Successfully completed the financial reconciliation, charge back for 02 international standard build outs for approx. 2 lacks sq.ft. in India.• Payment and reconciliation of Tax related statutory compliances for APAC & US region.
