• Working on different segments of O2C cycle like Billing, Order Management, Query Management.• Hands on experience in Global pricing for British Telecom to call changes in any Network using Oracle NCDB (Nation Charging DB).• Worked on “Numbering Management and Call pricing” under project Banquet.• Primarily responsible for carrying out back office contract functions in a timely and accurate manner which includes activities related to Inventory Management.• Responsible for carrying out the processes which includes commercial functions like billing and operational functions like project managing service requests in a timely manner while achieving required quality parameters - meeting the SLA targets.• Handle back office (and in most cases speaking to the end customer) processing tasks including reconciliations, commercial management and transaction processing in an efficient and accurate fashion for GCB customers to avoid direct impact on cash flow.• Actively interacting with Business users, Customers, Clients regarding the requirements, issues faced by them and providing them proper solution.
