• Assist and Coach Project Planning Departments and Project Managers
• Assure implementation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and assure progress is reported and key indicators are measured. Review Weekly and Monthly Reports received from site and maintain summary.
• Assure delays and impacts are recorded and notified, while maintaining proper records and liaise and inform commercial staff as required.
