Leading a team of 12 Sr. Planners, my role with KBR is to develop and deliver infrastructure works comprising of 332 kms of sewer line, 122 km of storm Water line, 987 kms of Roads, 8.2 million M2 hardscape, 601 substations etc. spread over 8,500 hectares. The development has 14 construction contracts, 2 design contracts worth about AED 13.5 billion.As Programme Planning manager representing client, I am responsible for delivering project in a timely manner to enable Abu Dhabi housing authority to handover the villa plots to the local Emirati population. A total of about 14,897 villa plots are being constructed. I ensure that all contractors, Engineers are aligned with Employer’s project control requirements and that the bottle necks are identified and dealt within time so that the progress on site is not impacted.I also lead the change management and claims management processes to ensure the client has minimal impact in terms of cost and time.
