Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the state's $230 million reinsurance program, the Wisconsin Health Care Stability Plan (WIHSP), using Python. Responsible for defining a process to review and summarize insurer data collected under WIHSP to analyze the impacts of the program. Prepare a report that summarizes the data and identifies trends across insurer high-cost conditions/drugs. Also assisted with tasks corresponding to the WIHSP audit process.
