Rishika is a Social Impact Consultant with the Non-profit Advisory at Sattva Consulting and is the National President of the Council of Ethics at the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). She has a Masters in Gender Studies and is an active advocate of practical action surrounding concepts that are otherwise considered theoretical such as gender, feminism, diversity & inclusion, human rights, transnationalism, governance, and peace.  As a social impact consultant, Rishika has worked towards supporting organisations, especially nonprofits, to maximise their on-ground impact. She has worked on different thematic areas ranging from climate and green jobs, digital public health, education and gender. Rishika was one of the gender advocates from the South Asia and MENA regions for the Swedish Institute’s Leader Lab, 2021. She has previously also conducted sensitisation workshops on understanding and consequently, preventing sexual harassment and spearheaded research for the same in both the formal and the informal sectors.
