Rishika is a PGPM student at MDI, Gurgaon. She was an intern with Bharti Airtel Ltd. for her summer internship project. Besides the academic curriculum, she actively participates in various case study competitions. Her team was among the top 25 national teams in L'Oreal Sustainability Challenge, 2019. She was also a campus finalist in the Reliance T.U.P competition, 2020. She graduated with Bachelor's in Arts with a specialization in Economics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. She was the head of the Placements for the Arts Department here.She worked on a live project at IndieFolio Network Pvt. Ltd. for a month as a Business Development intern, working in close proximity with the sales and marketing team for the launch of a new product. Rishika takes interest in social work, has worked on several blood donation campaigns, and volunteered for The Akanksha Foundation towards the education of underprivileged children for three months. She is a keen reader and likes to write poems on her blog.
