At Kajaria Ceramics, I found an opportunity to challenge conventions and introduce vitrified tiles to the Indian market, a move that propelled us to the number one position in the industry, reshaping the landscape. Through relentless innovation and strategic expansion, I have extended Kajaria's reach from a North India-centric company to a significant presence across the entire nation. We have also earned prestigious accolades like the Superbrand award for an unprecedented thirteen consecutive years and been recognised as Asia's Most Promising Brand in the Premium Tiles category. Guiding the company's diversification into bathware through Kajaria Bathware Pvt. Ltd., we pioneered comprehensive bathroom solutions, a first for an Indian tile manufacturer. For over two decades, we expanded our manufacturing facilities, starting at two to establishing nine around the country, solidifying our position. Its sales volumes (of tiles) have leapfrogged ten-fold from 10 MSM to more than 100 MSM, and its market capitalisation has grown from US$ 5 Million to a whopping US$ 2.50 Billion.I've embarked on an ambitious mission, one that propels Kajaria Ceramics into the global arena.
