 Was designated as RF Engineer (ARP with Ericsson India Pvt ltd) on Manpower Group pay role, has prime role of maintaining and monitoring of LTE KPI’S required for OSS KPI Acceptance. Performing parameter audit of pending sites, with discrepancy check comparing with baseline according to GPL and following up with RAN for clearance. Does this activity on all daily offered integrated sites of the circle.  Takes proper tracking of aligned vendor partner for pending traffic dip and other issues related to be closed from field manages them and closing with resolution. Supports vendor partners both with physical and soft optimization, assist them for troubleshooting on any scenario issues, also ensures live pre-post improvement, by monitoring in hourly, ROP-wise trend.  Prepares RCA of pending sites follow ups on operation issues sites with operation team/shares justification of sites that can be submitted with any justification. Working on Poor HOSR Cells by analyzing the worst relations degrading the performance, identifying them and plan action according for blocking them by preparing script. Performs RFST PIM testing, was aligned for this activity dedicatedly in the project, does in night testing for External/Internal interference.
