1)Develop maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipmentsuch as Ball mill and Vertical Roller Pre grinding Mill and Rawmaterial handling and prioritize maintenance tasks based onequipment criticality and production requirements.2)Supervise a team of mechanical technicians to ensure timelyexecution of maintenance activities.3)Responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, identifying root causes,and implementing effective solutions to minimize equipmentdowntime.4)Implementing the preventive maintenance programs to prolong thelifespan of mechanical equipment and prevent unexpected failures.5)Ensures the availability of critical spare parts and consumablesrequired for maintenance activities and to procure necessarycomponents promptly.6)Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs)and implementing reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM) strategies.7)Implementing 5S standards.8)Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency andreduce energy consumption by EnMS Auditing
