Job Profile:• Prime responsibility comprises of submission of Proof of Exports and data maintenance of the same.• To maintain data related to inward remittances from the buyer against shipments.• To ensure BRCs are uploaded in time by the banks and regularization of the same. • To scrutinize and clear the CHA and Transporter Bills in time.• To support Documentation team in co–ordination with CHA, Shipping Lines & Banks for Export Documents.• To assist in preparation of Export Documents.• Gained working knowledge in all types of licenses.• Responsible for up-to-date data maintenance related to Vessel Schedule, Proof of Export and Bills.

• Create Purchase Order in SAP system in MM module.• Prepare T/T payment applications and A – 1 Forms. Making insurance application for insuring the import consignments.• Scrutinizing and Verifying Import Documents received from supplier/bank and forward to CHA.• Co-ordinating the movement of documents from supplier to bank to CHA.• Managing Custom Clearance of consignment• Verifying Forwarders and Transporters bill and passing the same for Payment.• Making Insurance for CIF Shipments.• Verification of HS Code & custom duty calculation. Develop new suppliers and Negotiate with them.• Preparing DPR in SAP system MM module.• Creating Purchase Orders• Making Transporter Payment.• Taking Follow up for supply of raw material from suppliers.• Follow-up with Supplier and Transport for timely delivery of material.

• Maintaining and Passing Journal Entries on regular basis.• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.• Maintaining of Profit and Loss Account.• Handle Petty Cash• Extra activities include maintaining Attendance of staff & workers• Calculation and distribution of Staff and Worker’s payment.
