As the Project Head - West at Zyeta, I lead a team of professional project managers and technical agencies to deliver high-quality commercial fit out projects for clients across various sectors. I am responsible for ensuring the project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety are met, as well as managing the stakeholder relationships and expectations. I have over 10+ years of experience in business operations, project controls, and project management, with well-developed skills in coordination, planning, monitoring, costing, scheduling, budgeting, and negotiations. I have successfully delivered more than 1 million square feet of fit out projects, working in close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors. I am also a certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and have completed several courses on time management, project management essentials, and governance and control. I hold a Master's degree in Construction Management from NICMAR, where I learned the latest tools and techniques for managing complex and dynamic projects in the real estate industry. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from MIT. I am passionate about design and build, skill development, and project initiation, and I constantly seek to improve my knowledge and skills in these areas. My goal is to deliver value-added solutions to clients and contribute to the growth and success of Zyeta.
