• Handling Import department of Trading Unit M/s Laxmi Chemicals Co. & purchase of raw material (R/M) in Chemical Manufacturing Company Dechem Plastics Pvt. Ltd.• Responsible for Import of Chemicals such as Methanol, Phenol & Import of Face Veneers from Indonesia, Burma & China. • Responsible to manage and coordinate with Foreign Suppliers mostly from Indonesia, Burma & China.• Responsible to handle P2P process to reduce inventory costs , free up needed cash and to improve plant production and operation.• Responsible to maintain long term and good relations with Vendor’s and Suppliers.• Responsible to Plan , improvise , make suggestions and manage Company’s overall Sourcing Strategies.• Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements.• Responsible to develop new domestic Vendor’s & International Supplier’s for fruitful Production and planning.• Knowledge of Import keywords such as Forex , Buyer’s Credit , Insurance , Hedging , Import advance payment , Opening of L.C for vendors & discount of L.C from the bank for immediate payment from various buyer’s ,• Filing of B/E’s & payments of Custom Duty for Imported Material on Port & clearance of raw material from Custom department with the help of CHA & responsible for all the formalities of import documentation.• 5 year experience in the Storage of Imported Face Veneers in Godown and different Warehouses of Laxmi Chemicals Co. in Haryana.• Management of finance and cash flow of Dechem Group and vendor payment reconciliation of their outstanding and accounts.• Responsibility of collection of payment from credit customer associated.• Verification and processing of invoices, follow up with accounts for progress related Payments.• Responsible to release the Purchase Order’s after proper assessment and finalization of quotation’s received from Suppliers.• Responsible to maintain the proper Stock available in the factory premises for full production.

• Worked on the project to facilitate IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) numbers for all category mobile handsets and its distribution.• MIS and interactive dashboards preparation for Daily installation and sales tracker.• Coordination between sales executive and store to facilitate in ground support.• 3 PL and necessary last mile delivery support for online orders.• Technical Skills Used in the Project : Spiderman Tool Kit/box , Infinity box and mobile handsets for implanting IMEI numbers.
