Responsibilities:Developing Forward & Reverse Logistics process across all product categories and managed to liquidate the dead inventory for damaged/defective products.Managing a team of 15-20 people including internal team and Third Party Logistics for timely delivery of products as per SLA for forward & reverse deliveries.Accountability for Delivery time , RTO , Customer Returns & drive strategic decisions to control and minimize.Prediction of critical delivery challenges during festival seasons or any peak period demand & take preventive actions.Interfaces with operations function & channel partners to minimize Returns  & quality defects to customers.Make refund or replacement within 24 to 48 hours as per customer’s needs post product picked up by couriers.Post reverse pickup, returned of materials to respective Vendors that belongs to each category.Implementing process and MIS reports to stream line the process.Mails follow up with merchants regarding replacement, missing complaints & other issues like particular orders that raised with more complaint & damage issues.Resolve of mails received from CS team regarding refund, return or any other issues.Maintain KPI from received complaints for return/arrange pickups and close the issues with refund within 3 days.Daily follow ups with merchant to minimize product return complaints and to ensure accurate product delivery to customers.Handling customers escalations.Defining and implementation of SOPs, KRA’s & KPI within the operational team members in maintaining compliance with these procedures.Monitored daily order processing, dispatches & deliveries as per SLA’s.Maintain accuracy of inbound/outbound documentation (Delivery Challan, GRN, Stock Transfer note (In & out), Purchase returns and Goods invoices.Conducting Strategic stock, space planning & satisfying the needs of Warehouse for all respective Brands.

• Act as Team Leader for the Procurement and Inventory operations of all categories of products in warehouse.• Daily follow ups with procurement professionals regarding Vendor Sourcing for Electronics, Media, H & B and Lifestyles categories.• Follow ups with superiors for new launching of products categories in every quarter.• Monitoring Logistics, Procurement and Warehouse teams.• Products procurements, receiving, stock records & knowledge of fast moving & slow moving goods.• Daily database of Receiving, PBNR, Procured damages, RTO, order cancelled and replacement returns.• Resolve of issues like ISBN, Title, Expiry, Edition, Image, and Volume mismatch on the official webpage.• Coordination with Procurement Team for on time placement of order to Supplier & follow up for avoiding Service Level Agreement (SLA) breach in Customer End.• Vendor Sourcing & vendor relationship management for timely price and stock updates.• Expanding the Product lines and Brand additions as per market trends.• Buying and Merchandising of products as per customer needs & requirements
