Process Planning - Locking Security solutionsI have completed 6 months internship at Godrej Locking System and Solutions at the Process planning department . KRA's and the KPI's in this function was based out of studying the manufacturing processes, suggesting improvement and drafting them in a production process sheet which would then be used by the operations team on floor as an SOP.Process developments➢ Provided a guide to a spring cutting machine to eliminate its problem of recurring breakdown.➢ Fixture plate was given an identification by embossing the requisites on it to avoid excess time for checking.➢ Developed a system to organize the data base for classification of process sheets and made it easily accessible.
