Clearing and settlements for Europe and US market, Corporate Actions.Manage team of 20+ people who are expertise in reconciliation, corporate action, trade settlement and asset transfer

• Handling various domestic markets settlement.• Working on trades booked for all the five entities of Credit Suisse. ( Credit Suisse Europe, Credit Suisse NY, Credit Suisse Prime Brokerage, Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Dublin )• Matching all Equities and Bond trades on Pre matching day (VD-1) with CP. Ensuring client trades are matching with our desk details or in the terms of Quantity, Trade date, Value date, Cash, Price and Direction.• Reviewing ALERT for the Client SSI’s (Standard settlement instructions).• Working on value date trades which includes settlement of trades, Finding discrepancies and resolving them, all cash payments, responding all emails on time and calls received from internal as well as external clients, provide update on reports.• Coordinating with Agent, Trader, Front office, Middle office and Counter parties to match and settle the trades and also to resolve queries and breaks.• Working on Exchange trades with high priority and monitoring trades for any risk and pair off.• Working with Reconciliation team to resolve cash as well as stock breaks.• Booking cross border Nominal movements from one location to other for successful settlement of trades. • Working with traders to cover the overall short position.• Worked to setting up CSIT and MSIT setup for HUGO to flow as STP ( Straight through processing )• Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure.

•Managing the Reconciliations of all Nostro accounts held by the private bank for various currencies.•Currently working on Advent Applications. (APX – Advent portfolio exchange, Moxy, Data-exchange, Dataport, Import Export Utility & Revenue centre)•Receive, download and review statements received from the banks correspondents for cash and assets. (Manual Recons)•Investigate reasons for breaks and differences in statements in our side and the counter party side.•Assign to the concerned middle office and core operations, discuss and provide explanations for breaks identified. •Track and analyze outstanding items for pending action.•Auditing of all transaction and trade.•Process all transaction into the system to match the custodian account. (Buy, Sale, Free delivery, Free receipt, Dividends with Accruals, Interest, Maturities and Calls, Deposits & Withdrawals)•Set Up new Security and their pricing into APX through Bloomberg. (Basic Info., Identifiers, Ratings, Industry group and Sector)•Update all FX rate into system via Bloomberg.•Ensure all trade settlement is done as per SOP’s.•Verify & process Corporate Actions. (Stock Split, Stock Dividend & Security Reorganization)•Track of all the market deadlines to ensure the FX/Cash settles on time and on the settlement date.•Prepare reports of the reconciliation of mutual fund assets based on the comparison between the two books.•Sending out the reports to the end client with the accurate data within the deadline.

Primarily role into providing an assistance to the new investor regarding with the system use, providing product portfolio information.Provides the basic education regarding with the work flow of stock market & brokerage structure.
