 Present role involves developing sales strategy, business plan, achieving revenue and profitability targets. Understand the Training Need Analysis, Content Development, Managing Trainers Team, Managing Training Project roll outs and Client Relationship Management. Managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders and influence them for positive outcomes. Identify and develop new business opportunities from selected corporate client relationship through cross selling and marketing.

 Processing online e-payments, Fraud detection and Management. Work closely with online Merchants and Payment Service Providers/Financial Institution to ensure all services are aligned Comprehend critical & non-critical technical issues, escalations by filing tickets via JIRA and liaise with Dev & Engineering team for resolution. Conducting team meetings to ensure best uniform business practices, publishing monthly Newsletters and preparing SOPs (Standard operation procedures.) Participates in leadership meetings to increase business value and maximize department efficiency Training and Team Development, and Quality management.
