Otovo is the leading Pan-European Residential Solar Company. I joined as it entered the UK market.My achievements: - Grew the B2B Sales and Account Management capability from startup - led and managed the team, processes and systems. - Incubated Otovo UK's supply side - recruited and onboarded key early installers to the platform. - Sharpened the value proposition and used technical/consultative sales techniques to overcome challenges and win accounts (e.g. establishing partnerships and preferential terms with equipment distributors exclusively for our installers in an industry facing supply chain issues) and navigating macro headwinds (e.g. convincing installers to join and provide some capacity to Otovo at a time when the sector was already deluged with demand following the energy crisis) - Owned, executed and improved the end-to-end workflow: e.g. Pipeline management and reporting, 'hunting'/ targeting accounts, cold calling, negotiations, contract acquisition, developing cost models, project oversight, relationship and escalation management. - Represented Otovo UK at a Solar Energy UK working group and Solar & Storage Live 2022 exhibition. - Gained proficiency in tools including Hubspot CRM, Aircall, Slack and market-specific cost and price modelling for Solar & Storage.
