Providing benefit deals to the clients to meet their requirements andacquire satisfaction.• Coordinating transportation, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and internationaltrips based on clients' needs, budgets, and expectations.• Interacting with the customer over telephones/emails for planning and providing the besttraveling plan/packages and booking accordingly.• Ensuring ease to the customer with flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services.• Staying abreast with the travel trends, restriction rules, and regulations within the region.• Determining the market trends and promotional fares for designing and presenting seasonaltravel packages.• Looking after & managing two four54 travel teams; successfully handling group flight andhotel bookings.• Carrying out the flight reservation (Amadeus); Hotel Reservation, Tour Packages,transportation, catering, tourist visas, etc.• Act as a travel coordinator for our significant festivals like the Abu Dhabi Film Festival, Tropfest,and Abu Dhabi Media Summit.
