With over 20 years of experience in the cyber-security domain, Rishi has worked and collaborated closely with numerous Fortune 500 companies, specialising in security advisory and risk mitigation. Rishi has a strong background in attack simulation, threat intelligence, vulnerability management programs and security research, which enables him to understand the mindset, tactics, and tools of sophisticated attackers and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate these risks. Rishi has been actively advocating organisations to adopt an attacker's mindset to simulate adverse scenarios in fortifying the resilience of people, processes, technology and its security programs.Based out of Hong Kong, Rishi currently serves as the Consulting Manager for Mandiant Services at Google, leading a diverse team across Asia Pacific and Japan. Rishi possesses extensive cyber security experience, having held various roles across NTT Security, AXA HK, Thales, Trend Micro, and Deloitte, spanning multiple geographies, including France, the US, and India.Rishi earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology in India in 2005, and has since pursued various security certifications to stay updated in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. Rishi has also shared his knowledge as a public speaker at renowned cybersecurity conferences such as eHack, CIFI Security Summit (HK), and NullCon India. Rishi’s outstanding work has been acknowledged through awards for best innovation and industry recognition, and has been featured in publications like Reuters, Forbes, and SC Magazine. Rishi is now exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Web3 and AI, in the realms of junior and primary school education.Being a neurodivergent individual, Rishi is passionate about mental health and well-being.
