The project Heritage Retreat was assembled & launched by me in dec 2010 . All the relative setup was done successfully ,launched and operated for a year . The project was later taken over by Leela group .It is a very unique resort ,has 58 villas of international standard , and the size of villas varies from 650 -2200 sq ft ,tariff is 22000 – 120,000/- average room revenue was approx. 15000/- .All the areas of the hotel , kukdan taal , shahi bagh , shahi lake ,heritage garden etc. were conceptualized and developed in consultation with me .

RANBANKA HOTELS, JODHPUR /www.ranbankahotels.com General Manager (Dec 1999 – Oct 2000)Joined RANBANKA HERITAGE hotel at Jodhpur at project stage, oversaw and coordinated all 86 rooms, restaurant, pool, garden with live restaurant etc, launched in Jan 2000. Scheduled and coordinated facilities usage for a range of business activities.
