-I have been part of the Infrastructure/Project Finance team, responsible for providing credit rating toInfrastructure projects across the EMEA region. Some sectors or asset classes which I have covered include Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Toll Roads, Student Accommodation (PBSA) / Co-living and Social Infrastructure projects.-Analyse project performance, including: analysis of asset class, performance risk, market risk,country and macro-economic risk, debt and transaction structure, liquidity, financial counter partyevaluation and peer comparison. Also, had to maintain proper communication with the sponsors tounderstand the operational aspects related to the project.-Preparation of in-depth financial models - historical and projections. Analyse financial performancewith primary focus on Debt Service Coverage Ratio as the servicing of debt is solely dependent oncash flows generated by the project.-Preparation of comprehensive internal credit research reports and notes covering the business andfinancial risk governing the projects.
