As a Regional Visual Merchandising Manager I am responsible for driving brand loyalty by creating exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand appropriate store environments. This includes providing regular trainings for Area Managers, Business Managers and VM Champs on brand aesthetic, VM hygiene principles, planogram, styling. Resolving day to day challenges related to planogram, merchandise, capacity, contests etc. Supporting new store openings and renovations right from planning to execution. Conducting store visits to ensure visual standards, execution of merchandise and planogram. Vendor briefings based on finish, material and detailing, raising timely PR/POs, bill submissions. Maintaining records of all campaign and VM activities. Also responsible for keeping track of expenses and following up on payments.
