My responsibilities include:1. Working as business reporting lead, my main role is to interact with the business contact at a remote location (outside India) and provide them resolution to their queries and issues. Designing the processes as per the business need and defining the metrics for the process, so that it works smoothly. 2. Freshers billing %o Maintaining BU free pool.• Resource management and allocating the resources in the project according their skill and requirement.• Keeping track of SBU billing status & utilization and provide necessary inputs to the SBUH / BUH/ PM to improve the utilization & profitability• Implementing the BPR in HCL• Core team member in one Six Sigma project to improve the utilization & increase the profitability of one major project (strength of 300+ resources).• Provide various reports to BUH, as per the requirement on a day to day basis• Analysis of CSAT data
