About Rishiraj Lahiri

I bring more than 14 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Market Research and Business Insights. I am currently working as Senior Manager, Prize Center Operations & Winner's Experience, at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, simply known as OLG since 2006. Prior to OLG, I was heading the Customer Support and Central Operations for one of Canada's 50 fastest growing tech-enabled First-Party sustainable logistics and fulfillment specialists, GoBolt. I managed a team of exceptional, customer-obsessed group of individuals supporting the three diverse customer functions - merchant coordinator, end-customer support and driver support. Prior to GoBolt, I was the CS Performance Manager for Engage People, responsible for all aspects of customer service, and set up their third-party CS vendor relationships to drive operational performance for all of Engage's clients in the space of Banking (Four of Top Six Canadian banks and leading institutions in the US), Travel (World's largest Travel company), Telecom (global leader) and others. I have also worked as the Operations Manager with Millennium One Solutions | NTT Global, managing day-to-day operations of their PC Financial portfolio at Toronto. Before coming to Canada, I was associated with WNS Global Services, as Manager of a cross-functional team in the Commercial Analytics division, supporting the brand teams of the Specialty Franchise of a UK Big Pharma in the areas of Immuno-inflammation (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Psoriasis), Cardiovascular and Metabolic disorders (Diabetes, Nephrology), and Biosimilars. My team was responsible for supporting the brand lifecycle management of priority late-stage assets in the company's specialty portfolio. I have also been recognized as an effective presenter of all the outputs directly to diverse stakeholder groups and franchise leadership through competitor workshops, commercial working groups and medicine development committees.
