- Oversee the supply chain & logistics management and manage the complete end-to-end procurement process.- PO Creation according to the Description, Qty, Price, Shelf life, Catalog, Shipping Terms, and Payment terms. - Order Confirmation with the overseas Supplier as per the Required delivery date. Provide relevant documents for the necessary Pre and Final MOH approvals. - Coordination with Finance for the Shipping guarantee for LC Shipments. Shipping documents review, Collection, and AWB/BL Confirmation. - Negotiate the prices with logistics/shipping agencies for the best competitive price and arrange shipment through freight forwarder/courier. - Freight Enquiry, Bidding, negotiation, and finalization with forwarders and couriers. Shipment booking and execution for General, DG, and Temperature materials. - Landing cost calculation and supporting documents to the Inbound team to complete the GRN process. - Inbound shipment creation and ETS/ETA tracking and updating. Coordinate with Suppliers for order discrepancies.- Develop and maintain the PO monitoring report and update stakeholders on the status of the shipments.- Follow-up for supplier/shipping invoices, verifying and handing over to accounts for payments.
