Current• Performed upgrade as well as upgrade assessment from 7.8.x, 8.1.x to 8.1.1.x, IP2015 for several customers.• Worked at client’s site, to help customer team in technical challenges and design the integration frame work.• Reviewing design and configuration of customer implementations, providing recommendations and designing & implementing solutions for challenging business requirements in the areas of Scripting, Configuration, and Performance. Experienced with reviewing Siebel 7.x through Siebel 8.x.• Assisted several clients with solving technical and design issues, troubleshooting of Memory Leak issues, Oracle SQL tuning and Siebel OM crashes.
