Created JavaScript code to automate analysis of spectrometry data. Prepared lectin and histochemical stains of mice brains, and examined them under a confocal microscope.

Used Natural Language Processing techniques to preprocess Electronic Dental Records. Subsequently used these records to create machine learning models to characterize severity of periodontal disease. Co-authored two peer-reviewed publications (below).
