By 2013, the demand from franchisees necessitated the establishment of Cafes in 10 different locations across Gujarat, as well as in neighboring states such as Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.In 2013, I was honored to join the Board of Belseri Tea Co (India) Pvt Ltd, a company renowned for its 100% organic and eco-friendly Belseri Tea Estate. Our commitment to sustainability is underscored by our avoidance of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. One of my initial board initiatives was to engage nearby Small Tea Growers in the adoption of organic tea cultivation practices.CSR is integral to our business values at Belseri Tea Estate, going beyond mere obligation.
