"I work at Eben Telecom Pvt. Ltd. in Ernakulam, providing support to our client, Verse Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (Dailyhunt & Josh App) based in Bangalore. As a Network Operation Center Support Engineer, I am responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network operations of over 2000 virtual machines. Using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Oblix, Nagios, and Gmail, I ensure the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure. When issues arise, I promptly escalate them to L1 engineers using our ticketing system and phone calls.
