General Secretary (Co-Head) of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell plays an important role in nurturing the present community of people of NIAMT, Ranchi who is involved in Entrepreneurship and Business development as well as help them to incubate their startup and provide them with the resources for overall development.- Coordinated in the establishment of Women Technology Park for the development of skills sets in underprivileged Women.-Coordinated in the Remanufacturing Capability Development initiatives and Workshops including global leaders -initiated business Development and Financial knowledge sharing sessions for the members of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell.

Being a Treasurer, my role is appropriating and proper channeling of Funds as well as manage members to carry out various activities and events conducted by our Student's Gymkhana committee of NIAMT, Ranchi.-coordinated the arrangement of funds and sponsorships for various activities.-negotiated with multiple Sponsors as well as Event Management companies for Activities.-involved in various purchases required for the Committee through Gem Portal.

I have undergone 4 weeks of project training in Visakhapatnam steel plant.
