My name is Rishabh Iyer, a current sophomore at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I am on track to major in Finance with a co-major in International Business. My primary goal at the moment is to get into the field of Investment Management, implementing my experiences from college and the years prior to do so. As a graduate of the International Baccalaureate program in High School, I've had the pleasure of being able to take both 2 years of Economics and 2 years of Computer Science at a University level. I've also had the pleasure of serving in over 6 leadership positions throughout my 7 years in the Boy Scouts of America. From both of these experiences, I've managed to accumulate many different skills such as organization, planning, problem-solving, creative thinking, conceptual and practical thinking, collaboration, and of course Leadership. The strengths that I both found and developed from these experiences lie in my ability to find a solution to any problem I meet and not stopping till I find or create one, my punctuality when it comes to assignments and events along with delivering high-quality work with said punctuality, and my overall ability to mesh with most people I meet. With these skills, I hope to make a positive impact at any firm that I work at in the future, bettering the industry as a whole with enough effort.
