- Had been meaning take a long-ish break to focus on my personal learning & mental health. Wanted to also utilise this time to focus & reconnect with myself.- Strongly felt something is amiss with our societal decision making and lack of acknowledgement of the deep ecological & climate crisis. Wanted to spend time on ground, read & have conversations to figure out how my work can align with these current challenges.- Travelled extensively spending time with communities & various initiatives working with different parts of our larger food system.- Spent time at a permaculture farm doing farm labor for 4 months :)- Extensively read to understand the problem space.

- Co-founded NavGurukul where built a meaningful alternative to college for the underserved. We built a residential program to work with students from marginalised backgrounds so they can get access to high growth careers. We taught them how to code irrespective of their academic background. All of this was built on a student led learning model.- Led the curriculum/pedagogy, partnerships, technology & operations to scale it up across multiple campuses in the country.- Led the creation of a decentralised rolling admissions pipeline partnering with 50+ non-profits.- Led the design of tech enabled scalable learning journeys of all students. We were one of the early pioneers of building a vernacular technology curriculum.

Grownout is building disruptive products in the referral hiring space.Built an intelligence engine based on a vast array of public and private data sources for smarter (job) candidate search and matching. This intelligence engine is being used the backbone for the current/future versions of the product and internal analytics.

Ingage was an in-venue feedback management tool telling giving the businesses a method to Listen, Analyse and Measure the customer feedback coming in from various channels.Being a co-Founder I worked on almost every aspect of the business during my time at Ingage whilst developing the complete product to manage and analyse in-venue feedback.
