I joined MyBudget as a continuation of my business analysis role. MyBudget is an Australian-based personal budgeting solution which recently launched its IT/development arm in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Within the first six months of my tenure here, I was offered to take up the scrum master role for the mobile app team along with the business analysis role.My responsibilities here contains;- Working with product owner(s) and business stakeholders on gathering requirements- Feasibility study with the development team for new requirements and changes- Leading the mobile app team ensuring proper scrum practices - Documenting changes in Confluence- Creating user stories and assigning them to the development team - Conduct sprint ceremonies

Based on my performance and contribution towards the company's achievements I have been promoted to an associate lead position in the field of business analysis.I continue to work in the Fin-Tech domain while managing and guiding new team members in their respective domains. I further worked as a BA for building the General Ledger across all businesses among the company along with cashless payment integration.
