My work profile in The Suryaa encompassed the following :-On boarding process along with the Joining formalities and Induction.-Responsible for the latest information updation in HRMS Portal.-Co-ordinate & complete the confirmation process for New Joinees.-Designed and implemented “Welcome Kit” for new joinees’ induction.-Maintaining the Employee Data & Updating Employee Data in HRMS-Generating Offer Letter, Resignation Acceptance Letter, Relieving letter & Experience Letter-Employee Database Management- Data Entry and update.-Queries handling related to Leaves, Attendance, Team coordination, Transfer & Resignation, company polices etc.-Handling talent Acquisition.-Maintaining personal files in a capacity of HR generalist.-Designing recognition and rewards program.-Enhance employee relations through Motivational activities e.g. celebrating festivals, driving initiatives, celebrating successes & many more.-Coordinate the dissemination of information to notify and advise employees on HR policies, programs and norms and adherence to the HR policies.-Co ordination/Closure of Different Admin Activities.
