Executive - Project Management And Control
Current- Reporting to the CEO, providing comprehensive Planning in Regard to Techno-commercial activities for Flow station, Pipeline Project and Petrochemical plants ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget through a formal change control process.
- Provide regular updates to CEO on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget adherence, schedule compliance, and quality metrics.
- Conduct regular project control meeting and actively collaborate with surface facility, Procurement and Engineering teams to ensure the project progress and coordination
