Executive - Project Management And Control
Current• Reporting to the CEO, providing comprehensive Planning in Regard to Techno-commercial activities for Flow station, Pipeline Project and Petrochemical plants ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and testing.• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget through a formal change control process.• Provide regular updates to CEO on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget adherence, schedule compliance, and quality metrics.• Conduct regular project control meeting and actively collaborate with surface facility, Procurement and Engineering teams to ensure the project progress and coordination
