Primary job responsibilities includes:- Identifying business opportunities – identifying new areas of business for the organization which helps to expand the services domain.- Developing and executing IT sales strategies for the organization - Developing business leads – targeting customer for their projects, understanding their project requirements and then providing solutions accordingly.- Analyzing - client’s requirements and suggesting suitable solution as per the project requirements. - Making proposals and providing scope of work for the projects as per the RFP or project requirements. - Sales negotiation – negotiating price and timelines as per the project requirements.- Developing business models for the organization which helps it to grow in terms of portfolio and financial terms. - Client servicing – coordinating between the international clients and the tech team in relation to design and software development execution and the sales.- Developing and executing sales strategies for the organization - Team management - presently handling team of 5-6 business development managers and coordinating with various departments like software development, design, project management in relation execution and costing of the project.- Revenue management – responsible for the total sales generated and receivables for the company which involves close coordination with client and project management.- Developing resources – providing training and development to the resources both within and outside the department.- Client management- having expertise in handling crisis situation with clients and provide solution to the team for the same. - Monitoring – Closely monitoring the progress of the projects as per the client specification and providing feedback to the top management as being part of the executive board.
