Tools like Manpower Employment Outlook Survey is one of the many tools that helps me to forecast the hiring trends for the future for specific industries.-Temporary Placement: Working closely within the market to identify the industries that might require temporary staff, especially during their seasonal highs and matching them with the suitable candidates so that the client can focus on the other business generating activities, and I can support them with our various temporary staffing solutions-Skilled Trades: Saskatchewan has one of the highest requirements for Skilled Trade talent in Canada. My role allows me to work within Saskatchewan and other Manpower branches across Canada to bridge the talent shortage gap and thereby allowing companies to continue and grow their operations in SK without worrying about the sourcing component.-Permanent Placements: Assisting my clients and candidates to find them with possible best permanent matches is one of the most exciting part of my job profile. Working with both - passive and active candidates from the industry allows me to tap into the rich pool of candidates waiting to me matched to their dream jobs.
