At Pega Systems, I enhanced our logging and monitoring capabilities by transitioning log forwarding from New Relic to Grafana Cloud, improving log visibility.I built an AWS test suite and enhanced the GCP test suite for our logging framework, ensuring comprehensive log aggregation in localized S3 buckets. I also validated support for GCP accounts in newly added regions.I developed a framework to ensure specific log groups are stored exclusively for production-stage accounts, reducing noise and cost, while enhancing performance. Additionally, I conducted unit testing to validate feature functionality.To improve log processing efficiency, I engineered a multi-line parser for fluent-bit, consolidating multi-line stack traces into single log events, enhancing readability.

I developed a full-stack web application using React, Node.js, Spring Boot, and SQL at Concentrix.I built robust API routes for data storage and access, ensuring security by validating user inputs with regex and using stored procedures to protect against SQL injection.Additionally, I implemented a robust authentication system with token-based authentication and role-based access control. I integrated third-party APIs to enhance functionality and conducted thorough end-to-end testing to ensure seamless integration.To optimize performance, I implemented caching strategies and optimized SQL queries. I am using Python and Go to create PegaSystems Infrastructure Mainframe. Wrote Go code to find problems such as empty pods and containers on a cluster before they break other deployments.
