I am called to equip and empower teens and adults to discern and realize their God given potential and purpose. I am an entrepreneur at heart. A starter. As a pastor, I am constantly looking for ways to help my church become disciples who make disciples. I believe God gifts each of us uniquely for his purpose and our lives are most fulfilling when we are comfortable living into that, rather than straining up to the uninformed or unrealistic expectations of ourselves or of others.I strive to use the gifts and graces given me to love my family well, improve my community, empower others, and passionately lead the church. I am passionate about solving problems, leading change, and developing systems. My greatest joy is found seeing people around me reach and surpass their goals. This usually requires introspection, focus, and change; these phases are difficult but manageable with a support system or coach, so I have chosen to invest my life in people. I believe this is the best way to magnify influence and the only way for lasting impact to be realized. I choose to invest my life through the local church because I believe that the church, existing as God intended it, is truly the best hope for our world today. I do believe that people are looking for an authentic community in which to live out their faith, and unfortunately many existing churches are not able to provide what people are longing for.
