- Handling complaints and resolving problems that customers experience related to transaction problems such as failed cash withdrawals, transfers, payments, purchases, top up either through mobile banking or ATM.- Coordinate the resolution of customer problems such as failed deposit disbursement, inappropriate SMS notifications, problematic financing, inappropriate services and other products with the relevant work units.- Follow up complaints from Complaint Handling Management System (CHMS)- Conduct reconciliation / settlement of failed or successful customer transactions in the banking network- Analysis and investigation of external frauds complaints such as phising, skimming, card trapping, an fictional transaction

- Handling complaints and resolving problems that customers experience related to transaction problems such as failed cash withdrawals, transfers, payments, purchases, top up either through mobile banking or ATM.- Conduct reconciliation / settlement of failed or successful customer transactions in the banking network- Follow up complaints from Complaint Handling System (CHS)- Create a bilateral letter requesting CCTV if there is a transaction that is disputed by the customer.- Create a business memorandum for failed transactions that will later be credited to the customer's account.

- Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for the right insurance.- Offer products that are suitable for insurance, such as life insurance, health insurance or other insurance products.- Coordinate with relevant bank teams, including sales people and branch management to maximize sales opportunities.- Presentations to companies to educate them on the importance of life insurance.- Conduct the policy issuance.
