- Plan & oversee business development efforts for OYO Indonesia in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board high-quality budget properties (hotels & housings) into OYO network.- Identify new properties that meet OYP standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc. and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal.- Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested partners.- Work closely with revenue management team to drive topline for the partner.- Collaborate with other teams in OYO such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc. To ensure smooth functioning of properties on day-to-day basis.- Meeting, picthing, and closing the deals with property owners.

- Calling on prospective customers, creating demand, communicating the outcomes benefit, delivering product information.- Negotiating, validating, qualifying and nurturing customers needs, therefore developing long relationships.- Ensure set sales targets are achieved in due time.- Participate actively in the annual company strategic plan by way of market intelligence including structured quality customer feedback.- Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.- Recommend main lifestyles and SKU's through presentations before clients.
