Developed the strategic approach of an "all-hands-on-deck" risk and safety culture emphasizing a cooperative approach that incorporated all levels of the company. Achievements include a reduction in PRIDE's NCCI experience mod from 1.95 to .95, driven by a 71% reduction in accident frequency. Ultimate loss savings savings of $3.8M and insurance premium reductions of $1.4M were achieved to the bottom line. Most of the frequency & severity reductions occurred at locations that represented the highest level of inherent risk for the company.
