Through GCS, I preformed the following functions: Involved in all phases of a project from conception to closing.conducted take off and other estimation processes at the start of a project.surveyed blueprints for material quantifications for estimation and project management. Developed project schedules through IAP's involving all pertinent stakeholders Conducted review sessions on project status with relevant stakeholders and highlighted adverse schedule or cost variance for timely corrective actions. Conducted schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo Simulation, beta pert) which was used to forecast and mitigate risks.Risk Analysis using Bayesian statistics and networks to fine tune risks and decision making.Monitored contractor baseline schedules.
