With over 18 years of experience at McKinsey Global Services, I am a Team Leader managing core office operations, facilities, vendor management, New hire orientation, business continuity, emergency preparedness, property management, health and safety, procurement, and sustainability. I led a team of 20 members, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, providing the best workplace experience to colleagues, and providing optimal support to the staff and leadership. I have successfully coordinated and implemented various projects and initiatives that have enhanced the infrastructure, technology, security, and compliance of the office, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and productivity.I am also passionate about environmental sustainability, Diversity, and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility and have been the Sustainability Lead since 2015. I have spearheaded and supported several programs and activities that have reduced the environmental impact and increased the social contribution of the organization. I have actively tracked and reported on the energy usage and greenhouse gas mitigation progress, and have identified and executed strategies to drive sustainability.
