System Analyst
Current- Conducting a business needs analysis and recommendations related to System Change / Development.- Translate user requirements into functional and/or technical specifications.- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user need.- Work with user and technical team to deliver Functional specification.- Provide system solution & recommendation including workaround solution to solve production issue andproblems.- Estimate work and development effort to achieving project timeline.- Work closely with team of developer and QA to ensure the requirement are fully delivered.- Implementing SIT (System Integration Testing) dan UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system changes /development- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developingand implementing solutions to bring values for company business.- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed- Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
