- SECTION MANAGEMENT1.Planning Section Activity Plan & Section Budget2.Review periodically minimal once a month towards achievement Activity Plan & KPI3.Do activity and coordination, to internal team or other function related to Activity Plan, KPI achievement.- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT1.Supervising, developing, and motivating team members.2.Create 2nd man for each critical function under supervising.3.Do coaching & counseling to team members.4.Manage task and priority from subordinate for optimized resource load balance5.Give input to Department head for : IDP, training plan, career path, performance evaluation.6.Do necessary task for optimized outsource (example : control outsource timesheet)
